Book Visit Now is created and published by Terminus Finalis, LLC. On this page BVN refers to Book Visit Now.

Our privacy philosophy is simple: we provide software to help you manage your business. We do not sell your client information, advertise to your clients, or use your business records to build marketing profiles.

Book Visit Now maintains its own client and business records on your Apple devices. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, supported records synchronize through your private iCloud account. Terminus Finalis does not receive or host a copy of your client database through normal use of the application.

Using contact information inside Book Visit Now is different from providing that information to Terminus Finalis.When you select an Apple Contact as a client, the app copies relevant contact details into a BVN client record. Those records remain on your devices and, when synchronization is enabled, within your private iCloud storage.

The application and this website have different data practices. Our website uses Google Analytics. The Book Visit Now application does not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising or behavioral tracking services.

This policy explains these distinctions and how information is handled when you use Book Visit Now, visit our website, or contact us.

1. Customer and Business Data

Book Visit Now allows you to maintain information such as:

• Customer names, contact details, preferences, and client notes.
• Appointments, scheduling information, and appointment history.
• Services, products, prices, costs, discounts, and taxes.
• Treatment records, photographs, and scanned documents.
• Invoices, financial adjustments, purchase history, and reports.
• Business settings and other information you enter into the application.

We refer to this information as Customer and Business Data.

The application stores this information locally on your Apple devices. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, supported information is also stored and synchronized through Apple’s iCloud services.

Terminus Finalis does not operate a server that receives or hosts your BVN client database. We do not use your Customer and Business Data for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or artificial intelligence training. We do not sell, rent, or license that information to advertisers or data brokers.

If you voluntarily send records or screenshots to us for support, we receive the specific information you share, as explained in Section 7.

2. Apple Contacts and Information Copied Into BVN

With your permission, Book Visit Now accesses Apple Contacts so you can select existing people without retyping their information.

Giving the app access to Contacts does not, by itself, import your entire address book into your BVN client list.

When you select an Apple Contact for use as a client, BVN copies relevant information into its own client record. Depending on the information available and the feature used, this can include:

• First and last name.
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• Postal address.
• Company information.
• Birthday.
• Contact photo.

This copy allows BVN to keep the client’s contact information alongside appointment history, pricing, preferences, notes, and other business records.

Apple Contacts and BVN maintain separate records. Your Apple Contact remains in Contacts, while BVN stores the information used within the application.

Supported contact-creation and editing features can also add or update information in Apple Contacts. The Sync Contacts comparison screen lets you review differences between linked records and choose which field changes to apply. Running that comparison does not itself overwrite either record.

You can manage Contacts permission through your device settings. If you decline access, you can enter client details manually. Changing permission does not automatically erase information you previously saved in BVN.

Apple Contacts may synchronize through iCloud or another account configured on your device. That synchronization is separate from BVN’s private iCloud database.

3. Local Storage and Private iCloud Synchronization

Book Visit Now stores its application records locally on the device where you use it.

When synchronization is enabled, supported client records, appointments, notes, photos, settings, and related business information synchronize through your private CloudKit database within your Apple iCloud account.

Scanned intake documents use your iCloud Documents storage when available, with a local fallback. Some operational information, including local diagnostics and recovery material, remains on the device.

Terminus Finalis does not operate Apple’s iCloud servers, receive a duplicate copy of your synchronized client database, or gain access to your business records because you enable synchronization.

Cross-device synchronization depends on your Apple Account, device permissions, connectivity, and applicable iCloud settings. Your use of Apple services is governed by Apple’s terms, privacy practices, and account settings.

4. Calendar, Maps, Messages, and Other Integrations

Some features use selected information outside BVN’s own database. This does not send your client database to Terminus Finalis.

Apple Calendar

With Calendar permission, BVN can create or update calendar events containing appointment information. Depending on the appointment, this can include the client’s name, service, date, time, location, and appointment notes.

These events are separate from the complete BVN appointment record. Apple Calendar does not contain your full BVN client, treatment, or financial history.

The calendar account used depends on the accounts and settings available on your device. It may be an iCloud calendar or another supported calendar account. Information saved to a shared calendar may be visible to people who have access to that calendar.

Maps and Address Lookup

Address lookup and mapping features may submit an address to Apple’s geocoding or mapping services to determine its location.

If you choose to open an address in another mapping service, such as Google Maps, that service receives the information needed for the lookup.

Messages and Mail

BVN uses client and appointment information to prepare confirmations, reminders, and other communications. You review and send the message through Messages or Mail.

Messages, email, and calendar attachments are handled by the application, communication provider, and recipient involved. Their handling is subject to the applicable provider’s privacy practices.

Camera, Photos, and Documents

When you use supported photo, scanning, or import features, the selected images or documents become part of the records you save in BVN.

Permissions for Contacts, Calendar, Camera, and Photos can be managed through your device settings. Availability of individual features varies by device and operating system.

5. On-Device Smart Summary

Where available, Smart Summary uses Apple’s on-device language model to generate a draft from text you have entered in a treatment note.

The note text is not sent to Terminus Finalis or an external AI service for summarization.

Saved notes and summaries can still synchronize through your own iCloud account when synchronization is enabled. On-device processing does not mean that your saved records are excluded from your normal iCloud synchronization.

Availability depends on your device, operating system, and supported Apple Intelligence features.

6. Application Analytics, Diagnostics, and Purchases

Application Analytics and Diagnostics

The Book Visit Now application does not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising or behavioral tracking services.

The app may generate and retain local technical diagnostics to help investigate crashes, hangs, or performance problems. These local diagnostic files are not automatically uploaded to a Terminus Finalis server.

Separately, Apple may make technical diagnostics, usage information, and App Store statistics available to us, depending on your settings and Apple’s services. This can include:

• Crash and performance reports.
• Device model and operating-system version.
• Application version and technical error information.
• Aggregated usage, download, and App Store performance statistics.

We use available technical information to maintain the application and investigate software problems. These services do not give us access to your private BVN client database. Diagnostic reports may contain technical context associated with an error.

You can review Apple’s analytics-sharing options in your device’s Privacy & Security settings.

App Store Purchases

Apple manages BVN subscriptions, billing, renewals, and payment processing through the App Store and StoreKit.

Terminus Finalis does not receive your full payment card information. Apple may provide transaction information, subscription status, and sales reports needed to administer purchases and access to Pro.

This information is separate from the client and business records you maintain in BVN.

7. Information You Choose to Provide to Us

If you contact us through email, our website, or another support channel, we receive the information you provide.

This may include your name, email address, business information, message contents, screenshots, records, or diagnostic files.

We use that information to respond to your request, provide support, investigate problems, and maintain relevant correspondence. Email, hosting, and other services used to receive and respond to your request may process that information.

Contacting support does not give us automatic access to your BVN database.

Please remove or blur client information that is not needed to explain the issue before sending screenshots or files.

We do not sell support correspondence or information you provide to advertisers or data brokers.

8. Information You Export or Share

BVN provides supported options for generating reports, creating documents, and sharing information.

When you export a report, send an invoice, share a treatment note, or save information to another destination, that destination receives the information included in the file or communication. Exported documents may contain client details, financial information, notes, or photographs.

These actions do not automatically provide Terminus Finalis with a copy. The selected application, storage provider, service, or recipient handles the information under its own privacy practices and terms.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and protecting exported files.

9. Website Privacy, Google Analytics, and Cookies

Information processed when you visit bookvisitnow.com is separate from the Customer and Business Data stored within the BVN application.

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our content. It is not integrated into the BVN application.

Depending on the website configuration, your choices, and browser settings, Google Analytics may process information such as:

• Pages visited and interactions with website content.
• Visit duration and session information.
• Approximate geographic location.
• Browser, device, and operating-system information.
• Referral sources.
• Cookies and other identifiers used to measure visits.

We do not send your BVN client database, appointment records, invoices, treatment notes, or other application business records to Google Analytics.

Cookies and Your Choices

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and usage measurement.

You can use the privacy choices provided on the website and manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers.

Website Hosting

Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose problems. This can include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, access times, and server error records.

Website hosting records are separate from your private BVN application database.

10. Retention, Archiving, and Your Choices

Application Records

Your Customer and Business Data remains on your devices and, when enabled, within your iCloud environment.

Use the available application and Apple account controls to manage your information. Some BVN actions archive records rather than permanently erase them so appointment and financial history can be retained. Archiving a client should not be treated as deletion of all associated information.

Ending Pro does not delete your existing business records. Access continues through the free plan, subject to its booking rules.

Information previously saved to Apple Contacts, Apple Calendar, exported files, or another service may remain there until you remove it separately. Uninstalling BVN should not be assumed to delete every associated iCloud record, backup, or exported copy.

Terminus Finalis does not maintain a separate central client database that we can access or erase on your behalf.

Website and Support Information

Website analytics information is retained according to our analytics configuration and Google’s applicable practices. Hosting records are retained according to operational and security requirements.

We may retain support correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate issues, maintain business records, or meet applicable obligations.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to applicable requirements. These requests concern information in our possession; they do not give us access to your private BVN database.

11. Security and Your Responsibilities

BVN is designed to keep your primary business records within your Apple device and private iCloud environment.

Your information is also affected by the security of your devices, Apple Account, calendar and contact accounts, sharing settings, backups, and exported files.

Protect your devices with appropriate passcodes, secure your Apple Account, review sharing permissions, and retain suitable backups or exports of important records.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We do not make a blanket guarantee that all records are end-to-end encrypted or that no information can ever be disclosed.

You remain responsible for deciding what client information to enter and how to use, retain, and share it in accordance with the requirements that apply to your business.

12. Your Client Relationships

BVN does not operate a consumer booking marketplace. We do not use your client database to advertise to your clients, promote competing businesses, or create customer marketing profiles.

Your clients do not need a BVN account or a separate client-facing application because you use BVN to manage their appointments.

Your business records remain under your control. Using the application does not give Terminus Finalis ownership of your client information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the application, website, services, or privacy practices.

When we publish a revision, we will update the date at the beginning of this page.
