No Online Booking or Website Tools
Book Visit Now was intended from the outset to be a tool that you control. This means your customers will need to contact you. You have complete control of your schedule.
Creating an online portal for appointments would require that some of your data passes through our systems. While this could be built securely, at this time, we have opted not to.
Payment Processing is Your Choice
While we do create invoices, you will still need another payment processing system such as Square or Stripe. It’s your choice. This again would require some of your information being passed to a third party.

Multiple Providers, One User
Book Visit Now is designed as a single-user business management application, not a multi-user or staff-login system.
You can create and manage appointments, schedules, services, and locations for multiple service providers, making it useful for a business owner, manager, receptionist, or other individual who coordinates appointments for more than one person.
However, Book Visit Now does not currently provide separate user accounts, staff logins, permissions, or independent iCloud access for individual providers.
Because Book Visit Now uses your private iCloud account to synchronize business information, devices accessing the same synchronized Book Visit Now data must be signed in to the same Apple Account for iCloud.
This makes Book Visit Now particularly well-suited for independent professionals and businesses where one person manages scheduling for themselves or for multiple service providers.
THE HONEST COST COMPARISON
The monthly price is not the price
Compare the tools your business needs. A useful comparison includes more than the subscription price. Check the number of providers and locations, online booking, reminder automation, payment processing, forms, data exports, and any optional marketplace promotion. Book Visit Now includes its app features in both plans. The free plan supports up to ten active clients; Pro is $24.99 per month for unlimited active clients. Book Visit Now does not charge booking commissions or separate per-provider feature subscriptions.
Book Visit Now does not include client online booking, integrated payment processing, automated reminders, or separate staff accounts. If you need those services, include the cost of your chosen alternatives in the comparison.
