Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Book Visit Now application and related services (“Book Visit Now” or the “App”), created and provided by Terminus Finalis, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading or using Book Visit Now, you agree to these Terms. Your use of Book Visit Now is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. Use of Book Visit Now
Book Visit Now provides tools for appointment scheduling, client management, business records, reporting, communications, and related business activities.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the App in connection with your business.
You are also responsible for complying with laws and requirements applicable to your business, including those relating to client information, communications, consent, recordkeeping, pricing, taxes, licensing, and other professional or business obligations.
2. Free and Pro Plans
Book Visit Now offers two levels of access:
- Free Plan: Full access to Book Visit Now features with up to 10 active clients at one time.
- Pro Plan: Full access to Book Visit Now features with unlimited active clients while an eligible Pro subscription remains active.
The primary difference between the Free and Pro Plans is the number of active clients that may be managed.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, and other purchase information are displayed within the App or App Store before purchase. Available plans, pricing, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
3. Active Clients and the 90-Day Period
The Free Plan provides up to ten active-client slots. A client’s activity status and their selected-slot membership after a Pro downgrade determine whether they occupy a slot.
Creating a qualifying booking starts or extends the client’s 90-day activity period, measured from when the booking is created—not from the appointment date. A client also remains active while they have a qualifying upcoming appointment.
Completing, canceling, rescheduling, or deleting an appointment does not shorten the existing 90-day activity period. A client’s slot becomes available only after that period has expired and no qualifying upcoming appointment remains.
If you return to the Free Plan after a Pro subscription, you may be required to select up to ten clients. Selected active clients occupy your available slots. An unselected client may still have an eligible existing appointment that can be honored without occupying a selected slot. Other appointments may remain restricted until the client receives an available slot or you restore Pro. The application identifies the permissions that apply to each appointment.
Becoming inactive or remaining unselected does not delete a client’s historical information. Retained client records, appointment history, sales, services, purchases, and supported reports remain available within Book Visit Now.
The Free Plan permits up to ten occupied active-client slots at one time.
4. Pro Subscriptions and Cancellation
Pro subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed and managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s applicable subscription, cancellation, renewal, and refund policies.
If your Pro subscription ends and you have more than 10 clients who would otherwise qualify as active, you may be required to choose up to 10 clients to remain active under the Free Plan.
You may select fewer than 10 clients if you wish to leave available active-client slots for future clients.
Ending your Pro subscription does not delete your historical business information. Client history, appointment history, sales information, and other retained business records remain available within the App, and available reporting information may continue to be viewed and exported.
Clients who are not selected to remain active are not deleted from your historical records solely because your Pro subscription ended.
You may subscribe to Pro again to restore access to unlimited active clients.
5. Purchases and Promotional Offers
Book Visit Now may offer introductory periods, trials, promotions, or other special access from time to time.
Any applicable duration, eligibility requirements, pricing, renewal terms, or limitations will be disclosed within the App or App Store. The terms presented at the time you accept an offer or authorize a purchase will govern that transaction.
A paid Pro subscription must be authorized through Apple. Book Visit Now does not independently bill your credit card or maintain a separate Book Visit Now billing account for App Store subscriptions.
6. Your Data and Privacy
You retain ownership of the business, client, appointment, and other information you enter into Book Visit Now.
Book Visit Now maintains its own client and business records on your Apple devices. When iCloud synchronization is enabled, supported records synchronize through your private iCloud database. Scanned documents use your iCloud Documents storage when available, with a local fallback.
When you select an Apple Contact as a client, Book Visit Now copies relevant contact details into its own client record. Apple Contacts remains separate. Supported contact-management features allow you to compare linked records and choose which field changes to apply.
Terminus Finalis, LLC does not receive or host a copy of your client database through normal use of Book Visit Now. We do not sell your client information or use it to advertise to your clients.
Calendar, mapping, communication, and export features may provide selected information to the application, service, or recipient involved. For example, saving an appointment to Apple Calendar may include client and appointment details, while sending an invoice provides its contents to your chosen recipient. These actions do not automatically provide Terminus Finalis, LLC with access to your client database.
Apple may make certain technical information, such as crash reports, performance measurements, subscription information, and aggregated App Store statistics, available to us. If you contact support, we also receive the information you voluntarily provide, including any screenshots, records, or diagnostic files you choose to share.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security, account settings, sharing permissions, and backups, and for handling client information in accordance with the requirements applicable to your business.

7. Apple, iCloud, and Other Services
Some Book Visit Now features depend on services provided by Apple or other third parties, including iCloud, Contacts, Calendar, Messages, Mail, Maps, and similar device services.
We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their availability, performance, synchronization, delivery, or continued compatibility with Book Visit Now.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device, Apple Account, iCloud, backup, security, and permission settings.
Your use of Apple and third-party services is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, add, or remove features from Book Visit Now over time.
We may also modify available plans, client limits, subscription offerings, pricing, or promotional programs in the future, subject to applicable law and Apple requirements.
While we work to provide a reliable application, we do not guarantee that Book Visit Now will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating-system version, or third-party service.
Book Visit Now is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terminus Finalis, LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use Book Visit Now, including loss of business, revenue, appointments, client information, communications, or data.
You are responsible for reviewing important business information and maintaining safeguards and backups appropriate for your business.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Intellectual Property
Book Visit Now and its software, design, branding, documentation, website materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Terminus Finalis, LLC.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Book Visit Now to you.
They also do not give Terminus Finalis, LLC ownership of the business or client information you create or maintain using the App.
Your clients remain your clients, and your business records remain your business records.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Book Visit Now, our subscription offerings, our business practices, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be posted on BookVisitNow.com with its effective date.
